There are various difficulties in using technology in the classroom. As seen in the images, several pupils used the computer of the teacher as a hotspot to connect. However, because only eight devices may be logged onto the computer's hotspot at once, the teacher was compelled to group the students so that everyone could participate fully in the Quizizz game as a review for the class. This was also good for the students because they were able to collaborate.

  1. While collaboration is good in this case, having to use the teacher's computer as a hotspot is not ideal. Education stakeholders must prioritize efficient and reliable internet connectivity across schools on the island.

  2. Having to use a teacher's laptop as a WiFi hotspot is a definite no no in this age. There is nothing wrong with students collaborating with each other but a simple US $40 WiFi router can solve this problem. -- Julian
